Susan Czyzo is an orthopaedic physiotherapist based in Toronto. She completed her studies at the University of Toronto, starting with an undergraduate degree in Physical Education and Health, and ending with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.

Susan is also a certified Pilates instructor, regularly using this form of exercise to help her clients build body awareness and strength. She splits her time between 2 private practice clinics where she sees clients with a range of musculoskeletal injuries.

Outside the clinic, Susan can be found behind the computer screen writing an article on injury prevention, or behind the camera pursuing her love of photography. Several of her articles have appeared in alive magazine, ranging in topics from pregnancy to trail running; while her photography portfolio spans the globe from Canada to Kenya to New Zealand.
