Mentorship Program

First things first. Let's meet prior to our workout and get to know each other in person. I'll ask you lots of questions about your personal lifestyle, habits, hobbies and vocation. What about your personal health and training objectives? Our discussion will include a review of your fitness, sport and training history.

I'll make an assessment of your current health awareness, training knowledge and exercise experience, as well as your medical history and body type. Any chronic pain, medication or past injuries?

Next we'll head to the gym for a workout or do something physical outside, like go for a hike and swim at Kal Lake. Our time together including our pre-workout discussion, transportation time, training session and post-workout meal will take approximately 5 hours to complete.

Nutrition & Diet Assessment

"What Do You Eat?" I teach every CSNA Master to ask that simple question. I'll analyze your protein, fat and carbohydrate intake as well as review your supplement intake. We'll talk about hydration and energy for workouts. Certain foods for faster recovery. I'll explain what pH balance means. The goal is to eliminate muscle soreness, chronic inflammation and chronic joint pain once and for all. I'll introduce supplement protocols to strengthen your immune system, prevent infection and ward off degenerative disease. Let's make WHAT and WHEN you eat really count. I'll teach you how to eat as hard as you train. We'll talk about individual biochemical uniqueness and how to create a genuine desire for whole natural food. Our combined forces will destroy any desire to overeat, eat junk or consume empty refined carbohydrates! Out with the old, in with the new.

Training & Workout Details

If we hit the gym we're going to train together as equal training partners dedicated to making progress. We may be different in size, shape, strength or gender, but that's irrelevant to our cause. We're both alive and well and I assume you want to stay that way. This training program is SUSTAINABLE! That's one of the many reasons why it works so well. It's sustainable mentally, emotionally and physically. A brief word on the method itself. I'm not going to simply watch you train and tell you what to do. First, I will set an example. I will show you how it’s done right with intensity and then make sure you do it the same way.

Student Exam & Certificate

This is an investment into your health and life. Once you understand the pattern, the principles and the process you can take the knowledge gained with you anywhere in the world with confidence and assurance. After this experience you should know how to train and eat correctly for the rest of your life and achieve your personal goals. After the mentorship training has been completed Dr.C will send you a digital final exam consisting of 20 multiple choice questions. Complete this and return to Dr.C by email. Completion of the program and exam will be verified by a Certificate of Graduation.

I live in beautiful Vernon BC the 'Gem' of the Okanagan which is roughly a 5 hour drive northeast of Vancouver BC. Nearest major airport is Kelowna International. Vernon is a 45 minute drive north of the airport. Out-of-town clients frequently stay at the Prestige Vernon Lodge when they come out to visit me. That's where we would meet before and after we train.

Client's are responsible for all personal expenses in addition to travel, accommodation and mentorship fee. After you enroll you'll be contacted by email to set up a date and time that works best for both of us.

Mentorship

Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. A mentor may share with a mentee (apprentice or protege) information about his or her own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling. A mentor may help with exploring careers, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources.
