Eighth Annual Cory Holly Classic 2024 Meet Summary
Two days before the event the weather changed from sunny and warm to cold, rainy and windy. This is the first time in eight years that the weather wasn't ideal on the day of the event, but, the show must go on because like football and soccer, track is an outdoor event!
17 athletes from across BC and Alberta ranging in age from 14 to 90 attended the event. The energy was positive and as usual everyone tried their best to perform as well as possible. Good effort everyone! Thanks very much to all the athletes, parents, friends, staff, volunteers, coaches and officials for helping make this local community event a tremendous success.
