Third Annual Cory Holly Classic 2019 Meet Summary
Thanks very much to all athletes, staff, volunteers, coaches, officials and spectators for helping make this local community event a success. This year we had 63 Track & Field entries (M/F - ages 11-91) in 4 throwing events including hammer, discus, javelin and shot put.
A new BC record was set by 61 year old Masters competitor Michael Houser in the Mens Hammer (48.60m). This year the weather was splendid and no smoke! To quote one of our local spectators, "This event was extremely well run and provided a friendly warm atmosphere for everyone involved."
