These are a real hit over the holidays and don’t take any time to make. This is a very healthful sweet snack treat. You can make the balls bigger or smaller and you can add whatever you like to them. I doubled the recipe.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup nut butter (unsalted)
- ¼ cup unpasteurized honey
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate protein powder
- ½ cup raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup carob chips (sweetened with maltitol)
Directions
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl with your hands and then form into 1 inch balls
- Place on baking tray and refrigerate for a couple of hours
- Transfer to a covered container and stored in the fridge
